From Cropping: The Ideal View, a collage series by Leah Lewman Laird, inspired by the beautiful shapes created by viewing a landscape through the architectural window. This particular series was created in Tucson, AZ, and the window shapes are inspired by the desert modern style of architecture.

These collages are made from prints of original watercolor paintings and charcoal drawings. The prints are then mounted to archival museum board, and an architectural shape is cut into the surface using a laser cutter. Several are layered on top and the collage product is sealed with multiple coats of archival varnish. Size: 6" x 6" x .25"

Signed, and ready to hang. French cleat attached to back so the piece floats off the wall (see sample installation view).
